Dymensions’ expertise is unsurpassed in their ability to leverage Siebel CRM to address customer business needs. We engaged originally with Dymensions to develop a DevOps pipeline that dramatically improved the frequency and reliability of our Siebel deployments, for which they continued supporting us through ongoing enhancements that leveraged our enterprise-approved toolsets such as Jenkins, Rally, and Artifactory. With their DevOps pipeline for Siebel, we were able to double our deployment frequency and while improving the reliability and traceability of our releases. The DevOps pipeline enables us to move at the speed of our business. Additionally, we engaged Dymensions to reimagine the Siebel end user experience. Because of their expertise as original architects of the Siebel Open UI framework, Dymensions implemented a modern user experience into our Siebel call center application that combined UX best practices with the capabilities of Siebel Open UI. The finished product resulted in a more responsive, easier-to-use, and configurable framework that accommodates future business requirements without needing extensive custom JavaScript.
